Convenience Clinic Launches Online Scheduling Option

MACOMB, Ill. – McDonough District Hospital’s Convenience Clinic announces a new online scheduling option as part of the ‘Keep My Spot’ promotion.

This new online feature (starting Tuesday, July 13) through SolvHealth allows patients to schedule a time convenient for their schedule seven days a week.

This option is another way patients can cut down wait times and avoid sitting for an extended period in the waiting room.

“MDH knows your time is valuable. To reduce wait times at the Convenience Clinic, we are excited to offer an online option to hold a spot in line. You can now go to www.MDH.org/KeepMySpot and click on the online schedule button, or with your mobile phone scan the QR code to choose an available time,” said Lindsey Woodford, RN, Practice Director. “This will also enable a contactless check in process. In addition to reserving a time online, you can still call the clinic at (309) 836-1700 to hold a spot. Walk-ins are still welcome.”

The MDH Convenience Clinic is open seven days a week: Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. and Friday-Sunday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. The Convenience Clinic sees patients 18 months and older for a variety of medical conditions and injury treatment.

Note: Patients may have a short wait time after arrival as the patient(s) in front of them may have more significant needs than originally thought. If patients no-show or are late for their ‘Keep My Spot’ appointment they will get the next open time slot.

Patients can also call the MDH Convenience Clinic and check on wait times. As part of the ‘Keep My Spot’ option, patients can schedule an appointment by stopping by the clinic, or over the phone by calling (309) 836-1700, in addition to the online scheduling option.
