The Convenience Clinic is a walk-in service, meaning you don’t need any appointment to visit. Simply come in, check-in at the front desk, and be seen in the order of arrival to the clinic. We see patients from the age of 18 months and older for a variety of medical conditions and injury treatment.

Should I Go to the Convenience Clinic or the Emergency Room?

Please visit our emergency department for any serious medical emergencies for immediate treatment or call 9-1-1 for an ambulance to be seen even more quickly. Examples of true medical emergencies include anything that threatens life or limb, including catastrophic injuries, heart attacks, strokes, and more.


Our Convenience Clinic is open every day of the week. Our hours for Monday through Thursday are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and our hours Friday through Sunday are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Call us at (309) 836-1700 for further information. No appointments required.
