Macomb- Archer Daniels Midland Company recently donated $3,900 to the McDonough District Hospital Foundation. This gift will go toward the Dolores Kator Switzer Women’s Center (DKSWC) at MDH. The Women’s Center will provide a new nursery, modernized private OB/GYN suites, state-of-the-art labor/delivery/recovery rooms, and an imaging center for the women in our community.
“We appreciate ADM’s generous donation to the Women’s Center at MDH. Their support will help us enhance services for women in the community that ultimately promotes healing and wellness.” said MDH President/CEO Kenny Boyd.
The donation was given through ADM Cares. ADM Cares is a social investment program that directs funds to initiatives and organizations that drive meaningful social, economic and environmental progress worldwide. The program comprises three distinct focus areas: supporting the responsible development of agriculture, improving the quality of life in ADM communities and fostering employee giving and volunteer activities.
