MDH Outreach Services exists to improve the health, well-being and quality of life for the community through health education and related services that promote prevention as well as early intervention.

Our experienced staff members are available to help you maintain or improve your health. We offer support, services, screenings and encouragement to individuals, community groups and local businesses.

Adrian MacGregor
Vice President of Business Development/Outreach/Compliance/Strategic Planning
Adrian has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master's in Education from Western Illinois University. He currently oversees the Outreach Services department. Adrian strives to maintain as well as develop new programs and initiatives for the MDH service area that focus on community health, workplace health, along with physician and provider recruitment. He is certified in CPR and as a First Aid instructor.
