The MDH Hospice was established in 1981, providing comfort and compassionate care for people and their families at the end of life. Hospice care includes physical, emotional, social, and spiritual care through scheduled visits. Our comprehensive team of professionals care for you in the setting of your choice allowing you to live your last days as fully as possible. MDH Hospice wants to offer a peaceful setting, surrounded by the people you love.
The MDH Hospice travels to your home within a large multi-county area to provide services.Our service map outlines the geographic area we cover, including all of McDonough County and portions of Fulton, Hancock, Schuyler, and Warren Counties. We have a registered nurse on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions over the phone or provide a professional visit. MDH Hospice provides admission visits on weekends, holidays or after hours.
Our agency is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Our office is located in the Medical Arts building on the MDH campus, just east of the hospital main building.
