If your concern is not resolved, please contact our patient advocates directly by dialing (309) 833-4101 and asking for Advocacy Services or by clicking this link to Advocacy Services. You may also ask a member of the patient care staff to notify Advocacy Services on your behalf.

If your concern is not resolved by a patient advocate, you or your designated representative have the right to make a written or verbal request asking that the McDonough District Hospital Administration review your concern.

Safety or quality of care concerns that have not been satisfactorily addressed through the advocacy and administrative processes of this facility may be referred to:
