Spiritual Care

MDH believes that total patient care demands attention to the spiritual as well as the physical and emotional needs of each patient. Spiritual care is available to all patients/families who are receiving services at any point in the MDH continuum of care. MDH links patients/families to community clergy who are available to meet their spiritual needs.

Spiritual care is provided 24 hours a day, through an established system of in-house staff and area clergy.

Visitors of all faiths are welcome to utilize the Comfort Room located on the second floor, south hall, for prayer or meditation.
