We are committed to meeting the needs of our patients, their loved ones, and our many visitors. If you have a concern with any aspect of your visit to McDonough District Hospital, we encourage you to discuss this with the staff providing care and/or the supervisor or director of the area.

If your concern is not resolved, please contact our patient advocates directly by dialing (309) 836-1636 or by clicking this link to

If your concern is not resolved by a patient advocate, you or your designated representative have the right to make a written or verbal request asking that the McDonough District Hospital Administration review your concern.
