After successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, insurances (health, dental, life, and long-term disability) are effective the first day of the following month.

- Deferred Compensation Plan - maximum of $16,500 a year tax deferred (in lieu of IRAs) with additional catch-up deferrals up to $22,000 for participants 50 years of age and older and $33,000 for participants within 3 years of retirement.
