MDH Employee Full-time Benefit Package

To show appreciation to our employees for their dedicated service, MDH offers an extensive benefit package.

Health Insurance* - Individual $34.55 bi-weekly

*Spouses who are eligible for insurance at their place of employment or school are not eligible for MDH's Health or Dental Insurance.  Spouses are eligible for vision insurance regardless of participation in another vision plan.  Children under age 26 are eligible regardless of student status/marital status/place of residence.)

After successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, health insurance is effective on the 90th day and all other insurances fo into effect the first of the following month.
  • Free Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance - Equal to annual base salary
  • Free Long Term Disability Insurance (effective after 6 months of disability; payable at 50% of monthly base salary up to a maximum of $10,000 per month)
