MDH Employee Full-time Benefit Package

*Spouses who are eligible for insurance at their place of employment or school are not eligible for MDH's Health or Dental Insurance.

After successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, insurances (health, dental, life, and long-term disability) are effective the first day of the following month.
